Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Texts From Coach platform operated by CoachText LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our SMS coaching service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Texts From Coach, operated by CoachText LLC and available online at www.textsfromcoach.com, provides subscription-based SMS coaching content across sport-specific coaching communities. Members receive daily coaching texts, access to text-back Q&A coaching, and periodic guest coach content.
These coaching communities — including but not limited to WrestleText and BJJText — are program tracks within Texts From Coach. They are not separate companies or independently operated brands; all communities operate under the same Texts From Coach program, the same Terms of Service, and the same Privacy Policy.
SMS Program Details
- Program name: Texts From Coach
- Operated by: CoachText LLC
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 1–5 messages per day depending on your subscription tier
- Message and data rates may apply
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop all Texts From Coach messages. To leave just one sport community, reply LEAVE to that community's number
- For help: Reply HELP or email support@textsfromcoach.com
- Supported carriers: All major US carriers
Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US carriers.

How Coaching Replies Work
Daily coaching texts and replies to your text-back questions are generated with the help of an AI coaching assistant, built on coaching material for your sport. Members of the Texts From Coach team can read conversations and may also reply to you personally. Replies are coaching information, not professional medical, nutritional, or training advice (see Content below).
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscription tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. Founding member rates are locked in for the life of the subscription as long as the subscription remains active. Cancellation takes effect immediately when it is processed.
Free tier members receive limited content and are not billed.
Founding Member Pricing
The first 250 members who subscribe to a paid tier lock in their founding member rate for life. This rate is guaranteed as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing. If a founding member cancels their subscription, the founding member rate is forfeited and standard pricing applies upon resubscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message, which stops all Texts From Coach messages and immediately cancels any paid subscription
- Replying LEAVE to a community's number, which stops that community's messages and immediately cancels its paid subscription
- Emailing support@textsfromcoach.com to cancel your paid subscription
Cancellation is effective immediately: paid access ends when the cancellation is processed, and you will not be billed again.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Content
All coaching content provided through our platform is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, nutritional, or athletic training advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any new training program.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute coaching content you receive
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform
Intellectual Property
All content delivered through Texts From Coach, including coaching texts, is the intellectual property of CoachText LLC or its licensed coaches. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachText LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
