CoachText LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates Texts From Coach, an SMS coaching platform available at www.textsfromcoach.com — an SMS coaching platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our SMS coaching service.
Information We Collect
When you sign up for our SMS coaching service, we collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Subscription plan selection
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from CoachText LLC as part of the Texts From Coach program. These messages include daily coaching tips, technique guidance, mental performance content, and periodic guest coach content.
Message frequency varies, up to 1–5 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message to stop all Texts From Coach messages. To leave just one sport community, reply LEAVE to that community's number. To get help, reply HELP. You can also contact us at support@textsfromcoach.com.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and messaging consent collected through the Texts From Coach program are used solely to operate this SMS coaching service.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, which describe the SMS program in full, including message frequency and how to opt out.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you SMS coaching content you have subscribed to receive
- Respond to questions you send via SMS
- Process subscription payments

Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Texts From Coach platform:
- Twilio (SMS delivery)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Supabase (database hosting)
- Anthropic (AI processing: the text of messages you send us is processed to generate coaching replies)
- Meta (website analytics and advertising measurement on our web pages)
AI and human replies: Coaching replies are generated with the help of an AI coaching assistant. Members of the Texts From Coach team can read conversations and may also reply to you personally.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you opt out of SMS messages or cancel your subscription, we will retain records as required by law.
Your Rights and Choices
You may:
- Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
- Request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@textsfromcoach.com
- Update your information by contacting us directly
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
